I have a 2004 chevy silverado 3500 with a duramax diesel engine, the fuel filter is a spin off style?

it has a water sensor on the bottom that you just keep reusing with the new filter. How much should i tighten the filter?

Also, how do you prime it. i have seen the little triangle shaped cover with 3 screws in it. it is on top of the filter assembly. is the primer bulb under that?

Update/Revision 03-24-08 Left out of the initial text scroll about the last connector found outside of the ejection side of the water-fuel-injector. It is made from copper and could be considered a consumable, easily replaceable. Or otherwise found in different more durable material. Hope everyone enjoyed the video.
