How can I tell if my PCM is going bad?

I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have replaced everything I can think to replace on it (fuel pump, tune up, water pump, catalytic con, exhaust system, various sensors, etc…) and it still stalls out, sputter and dies. It has trouble starting and and idles a little rough? Could this be the PCM going/gone bad?I am at my wits end. I don’t want a new car, so serious replies only. Thanks.
How would I check for a vacuum leak?
all electrical has been checked except the pcm
