Agnes C asked:

What do you think of the Global Warming believers who accuse us of being criminals because we use fossil fuels to heat our homes, the water that we bathe in, and use motorized transportation (either automobiles, buses or trains) yet those same Global Warming believers live in homes that are heated by fossil fuels, bathe in water that has been heated by fossil fuels and they continue to use motorized transportation themselves.

It’s total bullshit and it’s bad for you!!!! It’s just a scare tactic used by the government through the media to scare everyone into using less fuel so they can continue to profit and not think about the fact that one day we will run out of fossil fuels and we need to find something else for the future generations. They’re just using the natural climatic cycles as a scapegoat. Check out this myspace page from our local AM radio. Check out the block entitled :(Exceptionally Long) Study on Gore’s Global Warming Bull ****. It’s quite enlightening.

I think that if a man suggests that global warming is a serious moral problem, and he himself contributes to it by his own understanding, then he should be bound and cast into the sea.

And if, by so doing, sea level rises, then so be it, we can all endure the pain of moving if we can just get the GW hypocrites to shut up.

So idealistically we believe that things should change, however until an affordable automobile is provided for the masses that does not use fuel, we will continue to drive what we are provided with by the large companies. They are to blame, shame on them and our government and shame on all of us for being lazy and not voicing ourselves more so as to pressure them into changing.

I do not have the money to change everything in the house that I live in, but I do try to turn the lights off when I am not using them I personally can not afford to go solar. I recycle somethings and re use containers often, especially glass. I applaud the companies who are re-purposing building materials and builders who are Beginning to green build. This keeps these materials out of our landfills. This is our future the wise will embrace it.

It is a religious thing copied from the writings of St. Paul the obscene. The true term is do as i say, not as i do. Skeptics on the other hand prefer to lead by example.

They’re Hypocrites who don’t understand that energy is the reason is the reason the last century was the most prosperous ever. Affordable energy increases productivity, so that even poor people can live comfortably now. Before the availability of fossil fuels only the wealthy could.
A good example is provided by the climate conference in Bali last summer. So many private jets showed up that many had to land on a nearby island, due to inadequate parking.
I can’t think of a better example of stinking selfishness and hypocricy, except maybe the people who litigate every timber sale to a stop, but demand that the forest service cut emergency firebreaks when the fires approach their house.

Has this become a religion like evolution. You have true believers and Deniers.

I think that these people only exist in your mind. Hence, attacking them is what’s known as a straw man argument. But don’t let reality sway you. Absolutely go on believing you’ve discovered a great hypocrisy.
