Water Fuel Cell 2007 (Meyer by Lawton)
H2earth asked:
This clip shows a WFC with solid state circuitry, recently built in the UK by Dave Lawton and currently undergoing testing. It is using less than 60 Watts of input power, pulsed at 3 KHz.

Yes, but right now we’re interested in the WFC, rather than his later work (which remains under Patent in the U.S. till 2011).
LAWRENCE
Yes, you are. Its possible to create, maintain, and switch high voltage without a large expenditure of energy. The Meyer Effect is *NOT* electrolysis, and depends entirely on voltage; ANY current appears to be counterproductive - including the free electron current arising from ionization and dissociation itself.
JERROD
Actually, we now have had an engine/alternator running itself off that gas, and powering the WFC, in closed loop. We’re collecting some video on that, and hope to have one to post shortly.
WES
could you use car ignition coil for testing this circuit ?
SCOTTIE
Meyer was a genius. I am thinking smaller, he shrunk all this down at the end

stan meyers, uses a pulse system, a simple invention in which to basicaly amplify power, thus creating more hydrogen through the electrolisis.

Have you tried sandblasting the surface of the stainless steel to promote better nucleation? Maybe help give a better escape point for the gas. Just a thought. I am getting ready to build a unit. I am going to try that myself.
RONNIE
i am a newcome i try to build one following D14,do you have any detailed data as output of gas, voltage and current applied. and is it a series cell, or all cells in parallel connection?
ROOSEVELT
We want to work with you. Message me privately and we’ll make it happen.

I have built a cell (hundreds of dollars) and used his (David Lawton’s) plans for the pulsing circuit; however, mine is not performing like his. This has created a lot of work for us as scientific researchers. I am going to be incorporating one or two inductors because some of our theorists seem to think that could be the culprit based on new oscilloscope data that is more precise than we had before.

We aren’t currently separating the Hydrogen from the Oxygen; there is no reason to. It is produced in a stoichiometric mixture that is optimal for combustion.
RANDY
HI,
HAve you got plans for this to at least replicate what you have done? Have you connected it to a combustion engine yet? how do you go about collecting the H2 seperate from the O2?
PHILIP
Yes. There is a complete design which Dave Lawton has published in .pdf on the web, however, as we speak, in realtime, this schematic is being revised. There is an Inductor left out of the circuit, which performs the same function as Meyer’s Resonant Charging Choke(s) in the original patents, which now appears crucial to its functioning properly.
MANUEL
Is it possible to give the designs of this?
TERENCE
That’s suddenly become an interesting question. It was thought that the voltage never went above about 70v, however recently we’ve been examining the inductor and finding very high, very brief voltage spikes. More to come.
HUGO
did you use high volt-high frequency power?
