This video shows the voltage input and the amps in both digital and analogue meters. One part of the pulse circuit was switched off (left in the D14 with the switch on pin 3) and you can see that the current draw is over four fold.

    Looks good now.
    Are you exactly using the Lawton circuit D14.pdf page 7 ?
    Is the pulsing frequency only in the Hz region ?
